Guardians & Guides 2020-2021

Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant & the City of Brantford, City Hall Public Art Project 2021. By blending foundry moulds/ patterns, and related artifacts from Brantford’s historical industries, ‘Guardians and Guides’ builds on the city’s industrial heritage. Eras of socio-economic shifts are reflected. Optimism and hope are encouraged as a catalyst for further evolution.

as·sem·blage: Using ready made objects, and a variety of other raw or refined materials, assemblage is a process that involves the transformation of these materials into design elements.
